Yes. You can cancel your subscription from your profile at any time. You will retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period — no partial refunds.
All payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. RedKingdom Pro never stores your card details.
Free plan data is delayed by approximately 5 minutes. Premium users get data updated every 1 minute throughout market hours (9:15 AM – 3:30 PM IST).
Each alert trigger that sends an SMS counts as 1 SMS credit; similarly for email. Credits reset on the 1st of each month. Web push notifications are unlimited.

Your account automatically reverts to the Free plan. All your saved screeners, indicators, and watchlists are preserved — you just lose access to Premium-only features until you re-subscribe.
